Caitlin Apparcel

Caitlin graduated from California State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre and a Minor in American Studies. She continued her acting studies with the Stella Adler Academy for Actors in Los Angeles.

Throughout her acting experience, she has taken multiple workshops with the Lucid Body Institute and also with the Fitzmaurice Voice work. She is a certified teacher in The Lucid Body Technique as of May 2019 and she is also certified as an Esoteric Healer through the School of Integrated Consciousness.

She has taught workshops for theater groups in Los Angeles, in Colorado and in Spain. She currently leads the movement program for actors at the Stella Adler Academy in Los Angeles. You can find more information through https://lucidbodyla.com .
